We need more women in our parliament with courage and a vision for the future.  The 2016 federal election brings the chance to build the vote for Greens women. Here in Maribyrnong we have a fantastic candidate in Dr Olivia Ball, human rights and refugee advocate.

Olivia Ball is the voice we need in Maribyrnong. She's a feminist, community leader and human rights advocate standing for parliament in Labor leader Bill Shorten's home electorate. Olivia is the strong voice our community needs, showing that there is a better way to create a safe way for people to seek asylum in Australia, and that we can close detention camps on Manus Island and Nauru.

Come and be inspired by your fellow Greens women, who'll share their pathways to politics and their vision for the future.

Tea, coffee, and breakfast supplied - plus a glass of prosecco if you're keen to add some sparkle to your Sunday morning!

Vegetarian/vegan and gluten free options will be provided. Of course, children are welcome to come along.

PLUS: a fantastic door prize offering some inspiring women's writing, featuring Nelly Thomas's book What Women Want.
