Come along and learn more about how to develop cultural inclusion skills and learn more about cultural responsiveness & cultural intelligences this NAIDOC week. Cultural inclusion skills are essential for students, workers and Greens members to ensure effective and collaborative workplaces and campaigns.
Cross-cultural understanding can be mutual, members of both dominant and minority communities can utilise this framework to attain cultural intelligences. This can be an empowering process for members of culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities.
This workshop teaches how to build stronger cross-cultural relationships through:
• Developing cross-cultural understanding of diverse CALD communities and First Nations
• Facilitating greater understanding of diversity
• Being a good ally of First Nations peers and colleagues
Certificate of participation provided to attendees.
This great training event is facilitated by members of the Multicultural Greens Working Group of Victoria.
