Join us for our first Wills Doorknock to get our federal election campaign moving and get Sarah elected for Wills. Training and snacks will be provided on the day.
Our campaign is powered by people and we need everyone pitching in to win. To elect Sarah, we need to have thousands of conversations with voters about the issues that they care about. Now that we are out of lockdown the most effective way for us to do this is to get on the doors! Join us to have meaningful conversations with voters in Wills.
You don't need to be an expert to have these conversations, we'll provide training on the day. We will also provide you with walk sheets (maps of houses to visit), clipboards, pens and conversation guides for chatting with voters around shared Green values and the upcoming election.
The location will be announced closer to the day, keep an eye on your email/texts for this update. We are currently looking for houses to host volunteer events at, get in contact with Oskar if you are interested in hosting events at your house.
A note on accessibility: We welcome volunteers of all abilities, diversity of genders, sexual identities, racial backgrounds, cultures, languages and experiences to join and get involved. If you require any reasonable adjustments to feel comfortable or to be able to fully participate in this event, please get in contact with Oskar on the number below.
We acknowledge that these events take place on the land of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, that sovereignty was never ceded and pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
