Consensus decision making is at the heart of the Greens, and great meetings help us involve everyone in the decision making process and make good decisions. Join Josephine Maguire-Rosier and Jim Buckell, who will take you through how to be a good facilitator and have good meetings. This session is aimed at office bearers who couldn't make the leadership weekend, but is open to all in the party who are responsible for, or would like to get involved with, facilitating meetings.
