We can't let the Liberals continue to push policies that will devastate our climate. That's why, on Sunday the 24th of April we'll be holding our final letterboxing effort – delivering thousands more leaflets to mailboxes across Kooyong to make sure that protecting our climate is front of mind this election!
Thank you to those who have already helped and we’d love to see you again to collect another bundle of leaflets.
Join our team of volunteers to help get our flyer into thousands of mailboxes so that the voters of Kooyong know that to kick out the Treasurer, they need to vote 1 for Piers Mitchem.
All you need to do is to swing by Jenny’s house to pick up your leaflets
You'll be supplied with a map showing your delivery area and enough flyers to cover it. Each pack of leaflets takes about 1 hour to walk around. Please deliver your flyers by Sunday the 1st of May, so that people have seen our strong message before heading to pre-poll.
When you pick up your pack, make sure you record your name and the last four digits of the map you have taken so we know which areas will be done. Once you've finished, please text the Organiser for Kooyong Luci on 0422 889 191, to let her know!
We can try our best to assign your preferred but please note preference of area will be given to those with mobility and accessibility concerns. If you have any questions, call or text our organiser for Kooyong Luci on 0422 889 191 or email her at [email protected]
A note on accessibility: We welcome volunteers of all abilities, diversity of genders, sexual identities, racial backgrounds, cultures, languages and experiences to join and get involved. If you require any reasonable adjustments to feel comfortable or to be able to fully participate in this event, please get in contact on the number or email below.
We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of this land, the people of the Kulin Nation, and recognise them as the Custodians of the land on which this event takes place. We acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded, and pay our respects to Elders past and present.
