COVID-19 Q&A with Greens MPs: What this means for Victoria, our future and the environment

What does this pandemic mean for the future of our movement and our campaigns?

All of our lives have been disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic. It has changed the way we engage with each other and with politics. The work of our MPs has never been more important as they hold governments to account and fight to ensure no-one is left behind.

Join Samantha Ratnam, Leader of the Victorian Greens as she facilitates a public Q&A with our state and federal MPs as we hear what they've been working on and discuss what this crisis means for our movement.

Who we'll hear from:

  • Greens Leader Adam Bandt: on where are we at and what has the Greens' response to COVID-19 been.
  • Doctors Richard Di Natale and Tim Read: who will give us a health update on the virus and government responses.
  • Senator Janet Rice and Ellen Sandell MLC: on what this crisis means for our campaigns and work moving forward.
  • Q&A where our MPs will take questions from the audience.

How to join: When you RSVP to this event we'll send you the Zoom meeting link in a confirmation email to join the Q&A on Tuesday 14 April.

If you're joining by phone you can dial in or download the Zoom app. The phone number to dial in will be in the confirmation email.

Can't make it, but got a burning question? Send an email with your question to [email protected] and we'll answer as many as we can!

Recording: We will be recording this meeting to share it with other Greens members and supporters who were unable to make it. Video and audio will be turned off for participants.

Please arrive 5 minutes early to help us get underway on time. We look forward to seeing you there.
