How can we ensure farmers get a fair go for their hard work? And how can new ways of thinking create fresh opportunities for our growers?
The Greens have a plan to re-energise our farming communities, and we want to share it with you.
Join Melbourne Ports candidate and Local Founder Steph Hodgins-May for a casual lunch with Richard Di Natale who will discuss paddock to plate opportunities and the Greens’ plans for our local growers.
This event is a fundraiser for Steph Hodgins-May, the progressive Greens candidate for Melbourne Ports. Profits from tickets, donations and the cash bar will support the campaign.
Melbourne Ports is home to an amazing art scene. It’s vibrant, progressive, experimental and something the Greens will always value and protect.
The Laurent Gallery in South Melbourne is hosting an art auction for Steph Hodgins-May, candidate for Melbourne Ports. Artists of all persuasions have donated works to support the election of a progressive woman who understands exactly how important art is to our community.
Tickets include a free drink and nibbles. Purchases will support the campaign and the artists involved.
Australia’s Top End – Kakadu and Mary River – is a wildlife haven rich in species rarely seen by most Australians: huge Crocodiles, Australian Bustards, Dingoes and Red-tailed Black-cockatoos.
Its a place where you can see a rare Rock-pigeon sheltering under centuries-old rock art, or watch a million flying-foxes fill the sky at sunset.
Sponsored by Echidna Walkabout Nature Tours, join Greens members and wildlife guides Roger Smith & Janine Duffy to explore the wildlife and Aboriginal culture of the Top End over 6 days.
For each person that joins this tour through the Greens, Echidna Walkabout will donate $825 to Steph's campaign in Melbourne Ports.
