Changing the Political Climate Forum

Hear how the Greens, together with the community, are building power in parliament to achieve action on climate change and our vision for the state election.

Don’t miss this incredible opportunity to meet and hear from a star-studded line up of women leaders about what’s going on in climate politics on a federal and state level and how we are making a difference.

Hear the latest in climate politics and get the inside word on how the Greens, together with the community, are pushing for greater climate action. Also hear about how at this November's state election, we are building power to increase our influence over the government, and our vision for how we can achieve a safe climate future.

Mehreen Faruqi, Deputy Leader, Australian Greens

Christine Milne, Former Leader, Australian Greens

Samantha Ratnam, Leader of the Victorian Greens

Katherine Copsey, Candidate for Southern Metropolitan

 Anjali Sharma, Student Climate Activist

At the federal election, we saw a wave of Greens support across the state, achieving our highest vote ever. This support was particularly strong in inner south eastern suburbs and inner eastern suburb areas, where we gained swings of over 3.2-5.2% in the Senate. With your support we can repeat this at the state election and secure the state seat of Southern Metro, doubling our representation in the Upper House.

So please come along to this fundraising event for Southern Metro to meet and mingle with our incredible women leaders, hear how we are building power to achieve climate action, and show your support.

Please get in touch with any accessibility requirements for the event.
