Fed Melb Political Conversations Training

Do you want to get better at having political conversations?

Whether it's your first Greens campaign, or you're a seasoned Doorknocker- this training night is the opportunity for you!

This free training will focus on how we have persuasive, political conversations with voters and change minds.

Conversations are the most powerful tool we have and this training day will give you the skills to tackle every issue. The Melbourne campaign team are excited to deliver this excellent pre-election training and everyone is invited to join.

Snacks and Drinks included on the night!

At the training you can:

  • Learn how to talk voters through their barrier to voting Green
  • Learn about messaging and framing
  • Find out how to handle the tricky questions

This training will not be recorded as it involves a large amount of interaction and roleplay to ensure we get the most out of the evening and leave everybody feeling well prepared for those crucial conversations with voters at their door, on the street or over the phone.

We will require you to provide proof of double vaccination prior to the event, if this is an issue please get in contact so we can provide some virtual volunteer opportunities for you.

A note on accessibility: We welcome volunteers of all abilities, diversity of genders, sexual identities, racial backgrounds, cultures, languages and experiences to join and get involved.
