Fundraising calls training: Using the Nationbuilder database

The Information and Technology Support Officer will be running online trainings on making donation calls for pre-selected local government candidates.

The training will cover NationBuilder tasks including using template filters, customising filters, making and sharing calling lists, logging calls, using the fundraising path and using the path to track progress.

The training will also include Dos and Dont's and taking donations over the phone; and is recommended for all candidates that haven't had donation calls training in the past. 

The idea is to have a recurring training each week at the same time, however if participation is particularly low, we may need to change the time.

If the time isn't good for you or you are not a pre-selected candidate, data coordinators will also be conducting the same training, helping out where a suitable time can be arranged. If you would like help arranging a training with a data coordinator, contact Lloyd or Matt and we will try and assist you. 

The trainings will be done using Google Meet and the meeting code will be sent to people who have RSVPed, on the day of the training.

Participants will need to be at their computer for the training to allow them to see shared screens and run through practice scenarios in NationBuilder.
