Matt and Fox here, we're part of an open collective called Grassroots Greens VIC (part of a larger, nationwide collective called GGOC - Grassroots Greens Organising Circle), which aims to connect greens from across our wonderful state of Victoria.
COFFEE AT TIME OUT CAFE (11am-12pm)
We'll have a coffee (or tea? or milkshake?) and share stories from our community engagement and activities, help each other build up our activism and organising skills, learn about grassroots work and grassroots campaigning, share ideas and information, answer any questions, etc etc.
Our events and catchups are for Greens members, but also Greens supporters and friends.
We'll wear some green so you'll know how to find us.
RIVERBANK CLEANUP (12pm-1pm)
After coffee, if you're interested, join us on the Yarra river path to collect any rubbish we might find. BYO gloves and rubbish bag! Wear green if you like.
