Planning to win Macnamara

The next federal election could be as early as August this year (that’s less than 4 months away!). That’s why we’re holding an afternoon workshop: Planning to win Macnamara. RSVP to this event and be a part of the core team that will turn Macnamara Green.

What: Afternoon workshop to plan the Macnamara federal election campaign
When: 2pm - 5pm, May 2nd
Where: Middle Park Library and Community Centre, 254-256 Richardson Street, Middle Park

In this three-hour planning session we’ll cover:

  1. Discussion and explanation of our campaign strategy and its core features.
  2. Mapping and timeline of the campaign stages and planning how we’ll begin some key areas of work.
  3. Organise and establish key working groups: fundraising, field organising and local campaigns, communications, branch engagement and social events.

You'll hear from local experts and campaign strategists about our plan to win and be able to take part in skills-based training to set you up for success in a volunteer leadership role with our Macnamara Greens team.

Any Australian Greens Victoria member is welcome to join us and light refreshments will be made available.

The Port Phillip Greens acknowledge the Yaluk-ut Weelam peoples of the Kulin nation as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live and work. Sovereignty has never been ceded, and this always was and always will be Aboriginal land.
